can i start at level 1?

when u log in and create a character for the first time is it a choice to get an instant 70? I want to start at level one and progress. can I do that on this server?

Why would you want to, exactly? There are other servers that cater to the leveling experience.

It's possible for us to set you to level 1, but I just don't see the reason to do it on Smolderforge. Our server is not centered around a leveling community.
