Smolderforge says that it is unable to connect. Not sure why, I've tried to set the realmlist but in my WinRAR it wont let me..... Is there something I'm doing wrong?[h][/h]

You need to extract the game out of the .rar first!

Extract,
Double click realmlist.wtf,
Edit it,
Save it,
Double click Wow.exe,
Account name,
Password,
Login,
Create new character,
Race,
Class,
Name,
Create,
Login,
WASD to move and SPACEBAR to jump.

Seems the login server is currently down entirely. Will contact the host. In the mean time I've rerouted traffic to a different location. Should be able to login now.
