So,
For those who played AT/NextGen will be used to this, but there is an infamous bug that is in every TBC server that, supposedly, no one has noticed before causing damage on melee characters to be very bugged. Cola, the admin from the late-NextGen/AT server informed me of this bug years ago, but did not reveal what it was. Recently he decided to tell me and we've patched our core with this bug that is now live as of tonight.
Essentially, the chance to parry/dodge/resist/block with hits and crits is incorrectly calculated and continues to become less and less to happen likely due to the variable in the core not resetting properly. This will be a moderate nerf to melee damage as correct chances to miss/etc. will now be accurate.

@Kez triple resist shiv, losing 5wound stacks, story of my life.
Btw on AT, there were absolutely no resist almost on stuns/shivd and shit, idk if the fix is about that, but that would change quite a lot the smolderforge experience. Toomuch bad rng happens atm.

this being implemented is an overall buff to the most mainstream combs I mean pr/rd/ld, if anyone was thinking otherwise. It's wd nerf.

Try to find proof that poisons should ignore enemy nature resistance. I'm pretty sure they didn't.
You can watch youtube videos and count poison resists against locks, I guess. Afaik AT were the ones who had it bugged.
PS: AT had all resists stealth-nerfed by 33% and some active nerfs to warlocks and druids healing/damage.

So basically ferals that are now (from my and my buddy's experience) immune to stuns (thanks to rng gods) are going to be even more likely to resist stuns ? Maybe I am the only one noticing this but on numerous of times it happened to me that feral resisted all of my stuns (when playing fully hit capped rogue) in single battle.

@Schaka : Seems like these old at dev weren't fan of rng. I will never blame em for that.
@Comeherefour: the legend says that it is a full packed 1%rng that occur to you. like on 10000 hit there are 100resist chances, and u get all of them in a row because u just not lucky. Deal with that :D
Im being sarcastic but is pretty much likethat. Some moment a players has tons of rng, and some other he hasnt.
I still think that 5%resist meta are buggued as fk but i cant properly test that anyway
