Everyone is in fine, I noticed you kept doing that so I teleported you to the mall to see if that would help. If it continues, can you login to another character?

They've already been reactivated. Anyone who donated from the time of the backup (early morning Sunday) to the time of the downtime has had their code reactivated if it was used.

I'm unable to log in on any characters, as soon as I'm about to appear in Tanaris the client closes. :/
