That wont help i mean u will just fuckup BG with putting his chars in different Groups.
How about report afk his chars ?
I solo'd some of them many times on my mage just spamed AOE and went down in few secs :D 5frags OMG!
Uhm, there's another issue. I DO report ALL afk players. I've never seen one vanish. Is the afk feature broken? There are a lot of OFF LINE players I have problems with too.

My problem with multiboxing is that most of the time, they don't want to win, just farm HK's. If a 5 people are on your team who don't want to win, you're in a bad position.

Multiboxing=Ban. The people are asking for it. The only people so far (with rare exceptions) who support it are multiboxers them selves.

The report AFK feature you mean? It theorically should work, however it requires like 5+ players to report before it actually works. In retail many people are used to using this feature, however on private servers people almost have no idea.

I was actually talking with some of our GMs about revising that feature to where it's 2+ reports and recode it so it will remove the player from the BG when the debuff expires instead of giving them the Idle debuff and simply not letting them receive honor.

About offline players, they are supposed to be kicked after 5 minutes of inactivity.

Sorry, but I don't think that works :/

They shouldn't get a zero honor debuff. No one cares if they're getting honor or not. People care that lets say in AV, 5 slots are taken up buy hk farming multiboxer, and then 3 people are offline. That's a massive chunk of your team that you can't win with. It's really a problem.

Hmm, no that is how it should work. If you weren't supposed to remain in the BG after going offline you would be immediately kicked if you were d/ced. Which is absolutely no fun, that used to be a problem on MaNGOS. I'm not sure if it's 5 minutes but it's something around there. Of course, the problem is it's NOT kicking those players after that amount of time, however this will be fixed soon.

I personally will not like to see it go i have alot of fun on it and yes i understand that Stina takes it a little to far with s4 shamans that is overkill in my opinion hence why i roll s2 but those who have donated making it a ban-able offence to Multibox should that give them the right to have their donated codes reimbursed ?

On top of that the only two people i have seen Multibox on the 2.4 is me and Stina so i can hardly see the reason for it becoming banhammerable. I have seen the QQ i get hate mail for it but all this mishap over 10 players is over-exculated. people accepted the fact that Multiboxing/Duelboxing was legal on retail and i don't see that a P server should have made any difference considering 90% of the players who play here will have seen or got owned by one in the past but then seem to think that just because it is a private server that it is illegal to do so.

I agree with Lolzerox here. And really Outskilled I'm beginning to get pissed and not like you. If someone comes at you with 5 on 1 multibox, they can be in S1 and you're still fucked. Period. In real PvP, it's never 5 on 1. I mean honestly. I played retail for years and people are never that coordinated. Often its 6 on 3 for example, but that's entirely different.

Multiboxing is a crime because of two reasons:

1.) You have no chance of surviving. One person vs one person, yet it's one on five. That's criminal behavior.

2.) No one person should take up 5 slots in a BG.

Henhouse, please. All the people defending it are multiboxers themselves. The rest of the community wants to rip out their spleens. Can't you see that? It's simply not fair.

Only Republicans defend Republicans, only Democrats defend Democrats. I agree that multiboxers can ruin gameplay, and I personally prefer we didn't allow them too but you have to look at the matter from both sides. You using that as a point of attack can be entirely flipped in saying that only non-multiboxers are attacking multiboxers, so obviously the multiboxers are right. There may be more people who think multiboxers should be banned but that's only because multiboxers are a minority. However, minorities should have just as much of a say in things as the majority does.

Not being fair would be punishing multiboxers because there are less of them.
