They didn't deliver any of that though. Well, Tol Barad kinda worked when it was off, and rated bg's did get implemented, but they were shit. Some shit got streamlined. Think the best thing they implemented was wargames. And later on transmogrification arrived. But (obviously there's a but) the skillcap got mashed.
