Just report people on the forums, everyone reads them, at least the staff does. Easier to get people reported that way too instead of waiting for a ticket response.
I still have the mail, I can take a screenshot of it, but what good does it do?

Says that the staff member you accused saying it isn't a bannable offense is wrong.
Take screenshots of everything regarding player reports, and even responses from staff members. Helps a bunch for your sides of the stories etc.

ONce again, the forums are the best way to report players

He said he wasn't sure it was a bannable offense and 2 days later the same guy was back at killing people.
Seret was there lol, haven't seen him anymore though.

Crossfaction healing is not an bannable offense.
But if you provide a screenshot we can give an warning for it and if the player continues to crossfaction heal I will need to suspend him for it.

Also you can send me the screenshot in a PM if you want me to look at it.

Back on topic: I'm trying to help out as much people while you are busy Henhouse! Good luck with school and your new job as RA.

It was faction hacking, oh I'll just post the screens here, i'll edit this post in a min.

EDIT:

This was the topic I made to report them:
http://www.smolderforge.com/forums/view ... =12&t=6036

These are the responses of a GM in my mailbox:

I also loved his tone and grammar.

So I wrote those replies.. any problem with that?

I tell you to post the screenshots on the forums and if I check that thread I see some screenshots but since your screenshots are kinda unclear for me I decided to do nothing about it and let Henhouse take a look at it (guess if you read the forums you know he's kinda busy). And since attacking or healing the same faction is NOT a bannable offense, I don't even need to do something about it.

I suggest you make better screenshots next time.. this is no proof in my eyes. Your thread probably got ignored for that reason.

Good luck Hen.
I had to post again... damnit.

Anyway, as not everyone can be Batman, I'll bring up some interesting facts about those screenshots.

1.) They don't have anything to do with crossfaction healing, it's solely about a single faction, and damage, just because healing doesn't kill you.
2.) They are solid evidence to a bannable offense, just check the combat log colours, and the amount of players attacking him.
3.) The reporter gets healed because he wasn't in a duel, the offenders even switched to the healer in that shot...

Probably a bug related to arena, but still an offense which used to bring the banhammer upon many retards who thought it's fun to attack people who can't retaliate...
Seriously, they are valid.

@Peekaboo: Attacking / healing the same faction is not I repeat NOT an bannable offense therefore I don't have to do anything about this. But sure since you'll think this is SO GAMEBREAKING and GM's don't have ANYTHING else to do with their lives I'll send them a warning. Nothing more than that.

Care to elaborate your defintion of crossfaction attacking/healing?
Again, it's about a SINGLE faction, there isn't any alliance player in horde territory.
