So my only solution is, get some goddamn patience or stop dying

Stop dying ? If I want to play, lets say, deep destro build like 5/5/51 I'm going to spend at least 11,5 seconds standing still and rebuffing/resummoning my demon.
Try that and see if it's fun. Stand still like a cow in a farm and chant 'moooo' for 12 seconds.
Patience is gold as long as something is as it should be.
What we are talking about is a bug.

You do realize that's like saying Rogue poisons are 'just an extra' or a shaman's totems are 'just an extra'

Not trying to flame you, but you're seriously overlooking how much they require those pet abilities regardless of spec.

They are :D

Totems are prolly the most significant one though.

The pet for affi/destru lock is about as imporant as for frost mage Id say. It can be a gamechanger vs certain classes but overall its not. Specially because we talk about bgs, where its often an asymetric situation, so the pet significance goes down even more.

Rogue poisons arent a game changer in some bg situations either. If youre in wsg and there are 3-4 warrs in your team, than wound is almost 90% wasted and crip barely a help too. In 1vs1 its usually crip that does the biggest difference but by using sprint and prep (what 90% already do), its not THAT imporant.

Wound isnt a must if youre a swp faggot and mind is pure extra, barely used by anybody anyway.
