Create different tabs, one for PvE specs and another one for PvP.
For some classes, there is many PvP possibilities whereas there is only a single (low variable) spec for PvE
I.e balance/resto druids : For PvP I take the fcharge (and then I also take Furor) but some don't make this choice b/c they prefere the basic wrath rotation vs casters/healers.
DS spec : something like 34/0/27, you got MF, DS, NG and NS in resto tree which is quite nice to play in arena and also on battlegrounds, not appreciated in PvE. ;D

The Paladin specs are fine now, good job. :)

Looking up only priest specs, disc one is fine, but your shadow spec is like mixed up for pvp and pve, if you're going for pve why would you spec silence+improved vampiric embrace? And if it's pvp, you don't need shadow power. Disc tree in shadow spec - why improved inner fire? Still can't get if it's supposed to be pve or pvp spec.
