Currently I tested and it's removing all 5 stacks, so I've sent a message to Subway and I"ll see if he can get that fixed :).

Another thing to think about is how Mutilate's damage is based off of the poisons on the target. I believe if I remember correctly (been playing retail hunter a lot so correct me if I'm wrong :P) that each stack increases its damage which is why mutilate does very good damage, and what makes it good for arena as opposed to how little its used on this server. If each stack does increase the damage that is something to really think about fixing cause if you did mutilate would start popping up and would hopefully put some changes to the usual Hunt/Druid...Warrior/Druid domination streak, even though getting wound to at least work as a poison is still a major buff to rogues and a major nerf to druids compared to how easy they have had it with their lolblooms, you would at least see more than just ShS rogues.

Ya nevermind about the 5 poison dmg increase, turns out I wasn't thinking the right thing so its just one but the healing still makes a difference so good work with that :P

Sometime tomorrow I'll probably be able to update the core with this working Wound Poison, keep in mind it'll still have the dispelling bug, until that's fixing this will be the best fix we have so far.

This update will take a little bit of time because they updated a major part of ACID (Artificial Creature Intelligence Database) it's basically been integrated into MaNGOS now so they ScriptDev2 database needs to be renamed and moved into MaNGOS and the creatures have to have a flag reset to something else, so it'll be a little while.

Pretty much, not called ACID anymore, it's called EventAI. But all the way ACID works is in it, I think they made some improvements though.
