Neither side usually has any coordination at all. That's the problem. It's getting to the point it's about how many healers the group has. More often than not, horde has one or none; while alliance stacks more than they even need. (which ultimately, gimps their output potential, but makes the team just a pain in the ass to get out of a selected area.)
In the rare case, you'll face a team that actually targets healers. And you'll have to depend on your team to peel off you, (but they usually won't. This is not faction specific.) But again, more than half the time, I can go Oom healing the team while facing only minor resistance in my spamming. I have to agree with Cube, which I tend to avoid doing... The PvP as a whole, is a freaking joke.
