Let's look at a few reasons why that is maybe:

1. The server is inaccessible.
2. The server is inaccessible.
3. The instructions you gave are for HTTP DDOSing which I highly doubt is what is going on since we don't even run our website off of the game server... it's probably attack any random port.
4. I've tried a lot of the solutions you listened last time we suffered an attack (it was more minor) and they really don't help. Especially because this is a DISTRIBUTED DOS attack, not just plain DOS. Else it would be easy to stop.
5. Your solution to "upgrade to a 1GPBS port" to mitigate the DDOS attack would require us to purchase that as well as Unmetered Bandwidth, else the point is moot and the company AT rents from that would be... £999.99 pounds a month. I presume you're paying for this then?

I apologize if I come off rude, I just do not enjoy when people try telling me what to do and then criticize me when they have no clue about the situation.

Kremu let me ask you a few questions. If this is a buddy of yours, how come you let him continue? I mean don't you play on this server as well? And why is he still trying? Did AT give him any money? Will we give him any money?

The rest of you, just sit back and trust Henhouse, he have had the server for over 4 years so he really knows what he is doing. And sure you want answers and ETAs but let Henhouse work. He will give you ETAs or answers when he got time for that, he is a very busy man.

Didn't Smolder got attacked by DDoS before in like 2010? I can remember something like that and you solved it. I still have faith in Smolderforge and Henhouse. He is running this server for over 4 years now and noone is going to take that away from him.

Well I go for... not giving a crap about that guy, even if DDoS countermeasures are nice to have, it would be insulting to go for it in that regard.

Seriously, that being is attacking a server which doesn't really make any profit, I'm pretty sure he'll attempt to strangle himself with a spoon, when his mother doesn't look out for him every 3 seconds.
15$ a day... holy dooley! Don't forget all the money he makes through clicking on advertising sites, and building... pens. That guy is the boss!

I know right? $420 a month, wow. I think I made more than that as a burger flipper in my teenage years.
