I don't see the issue. he had a druid do the questline and milked the boss till he got it.

What's the big deal? It's not like he got AQ mount or anything. Least he didn't 'Cube' the mount. :P

That's the whole issue I have a druid and did the questline as well but it's bugged so no he did not even complete the quest-line. He got it from a GM.

It's not available to anyone on the server so it shouldn't be available to him as well. Especially not added with .add item.

Maybe he means the Horadric Cube, from D2. You could cube and transmute items, turning them into very good items or destroy them completely.
