I don't think we've ever had a ticket open for over 23 days. It's probably around ~5. Players sense of time is like a child's. I had someone tell me they played here 4 years ago (back when we were still ~3 years old, curious how that was possible?).

But Bowjob has a point. There are several hours of the day that theres never a GM online.
You can see this because there are people advertising for diffrent private servers, and way more abuse like crossfaction healing.

It is seldom a GM responds to a ticket by the mail system but it does happen.
So there is a big chance that people sit on the same ticket for a few days, if they play on diffrent hours than the GMs.

When I'm online at the sametime as a GM, like Nosh earlier today. It does get awnsered pretty swiftly.
But you have to be online for it. I guess GMs should use the mail system more to awnser questions, or to just let people know you've read their ticket.
Or get a new GM that does play on freakish European hours.

If you know that a GM is online and you ticket is not getting answered, it's probably because that there are a lot of tickets at that moment or that he can not help you with your specific problem. As an example:" Hello, I've bought the wrong item, etc etc, can you please refund me? ". I am only Rank 1 GM, which means that I am not able to do the commands needed for problems like that.

Also, if you see someone crossfaction healing, take a Screenshot and post it on the forums. It has a higher chance that the player(s) will get punished that way instead of writing a ticket about it.

I stopt making reports on the forums. I got killed by factionhackers several times now.
And even after I reported them, they are still at it (the same guys).
Only response I got was an ingame mail message saying that the GM isn't even sure if factionhacking is a bannable offense.
I mean healing people of the other faction is one thing, because you can party with other factions.
But these guys camped me and I couldn't even attack back. They actually used a hack.

I still report people by tickets, and you say you'll keep an eye on them, thats good enough for me.
And I don't expect you to be online 24/7, not at all but it's better to have GMs that play on diffrent hours.
Because now there are several hours a day that theres not one GM online and at other times there are 3 on at the same time.

Do you have a SS of that response from the GM?
Just report people on the forums, everyone reads them, at least the staff does. Easier to get people reported that way too instead of waiting for a ticket response.

So I thought I was going to have free time after training. I assumed it would be a MAX of 4 hour training sessions a day...

I've pretty much found out I am going to be working 8-hour work days for the next ~14 days straight, no breaks. So... This is going to be tough.
