I will be looking into this and will do more battlegrounds but it is really a weird thing.
Maybe it is even one line of code out of the million lines of codes we currently have which will be a pain in the *ss to fix.

today (6Nov) the server have lagged really much, insane spikes :(
There's no more trusted observer than someone who suspects you.
