You really should get over the fact that people sometimes lose battlegrounds. I think that you are the only person who goes afk-mode immediately when something goes wrong and starts talking about it to everyone in /bg.

@Chesterz We are not banning occassional bashtalkers just because they insulted somebody. However, you can ask Ptaq, Ruuren, and Horrorfever what happens to the notorious ones. Imho the ignore option is sufficient in most of the cases.
I wonder what is the logic behind afking or slacking in solo que 3vs3 being the worst thing possible, but then literally afking and telling people that you are going to AFK in bg because they are too bad at playing may be considered fine by some.

@Grael Sad to hear that, when tons of foul-mouths and global bash-talkers are on the server GM's only reply is "Do you have ignore button? Use it." I guess, priorities. AFK-ing in BG became the top crime.

exactly how priorities should be. afk'ing in BG has always been the top crime, especially when you're on a pvp server. who gives a fk about gossip whores anyway, maybe you should try to actually follow the advice and use the ignore button. it works great.

It's not the fact I'm losing battlegrounds that pisses me off, it's the absolute lack of effort from my team to leave mid, defend, attack healers, protect their own, etc etc etc etc.... Helping that is cancer, which I have firmly put my foot down on not assisting.

I have given suggestions on how to improve upon that with more quests that are repeatable like turning in BG marks for following objectives, like returning flags, assaulting/defending a base, etc. As have others, on top of screams for Xfaction bgs. Ignored, of course. :)

Five years of playing this server, and it makes me vomit everytime I reminisce about how BG teams used to operate and work together versus this fucking zerg every game in every battleground with zero teamplay and coordination that almost always ends in a loss. So, I stopped trying to help them, and now I'm being punished for not wanting to help people who aren't trying to win to begin with. If that's the case, this will be the reason you finally perma ban me. I'm not helping that, and I'd rather have no account at all than be forced to. So just get it over with now. You'll be saving me money and most likely a stroke, in the process.

This kind of players on BGs always existed, on retail and private servers.
Stop thinking you're better than the rest of the population, enough to waste a slot on a BG.
Any random who joins would do more.
