I think, that it is against the Policy to tell you where it is located, because the answer possibly could conflict with the Blizzard EULA.

I don't mind to disclose that, it's helpful sometime for people to know where the server is to get estimated latency.
It was located in North Carolina until it moved to a dedicated server in a datacenter located in Los Angeles, California.

Oh thanks, Well i'm Aussie you see, And this is one of the servers i have a decent MS on, Av around 190. Retail i'm 30-190, But most PS are in the US and just wanted to know where, Thanks.
