but once i do my username it says : please enter the authenticator code??

wtff since when i need that authenticator code to log in on smolder..

That's due to the 2FA system you activated on our website. Check your mailbox and use a 2FA software (Authy, Google Authenticator, ...) to access your account.

To elaborate on what Oldsalt said, you must have activated an authenticator on your account at some period of time. Check your phone authenticator app (assuming you have one) to see Smolderforge in there.
