not fair 3s solo

Dear administration, please pay attention to character BeziBeast. He exploit
opportunity dodging сall arena (3s solo). He use alt F4 and do not get
deserter mark. So he chooses his experienced team and never join for bad team. Please
look at his logs. I propose to reset his rating and give deserter mark when leaving the game when in the queue.
