Lowest skill floor pvp class/spe
Lowest skill floor pvp class/spe
Hi,
I only played wow a little during Cata, I tried Mage and Rogue,
I don't have a lot of time to play but I still want to enjoy pvp in BG and arena in TBC
So could you please tell me what you think are in order the easiest classes/spe for pvp for someone who doesn't spend a lot of time playing in 2.4.3? also called the skill floor.
It's not a troll post, I know that every class is hard to master,
but I don't intend to master a class, because I havn't the time,
I just want a class that requiere the least amount of practice in order to play decently,
I know that with this mentality, good players will beat me,
but I would still be better than taking a class difficult to learn, not having time to play it enough because of irl, and being just terrible at pvp with it, that's why I'm not asking about the skill cap, because I would never reach it anyway.
And also don't want to be a healer.
Thanks for reading, I hope you can help me find the right class :)

Re: Lowest skill floor pvp class/spe
SL lock is probably the easiest to learn, three DoTs, manage pet, drain life, fear when needed. Warrior is very straightforward and only gets complicated when switching stances and weapons but for BG's you can get by just with zerk/battle stance and sticking on the highest threat enemies. Other than those two I'd say every DPS is ineffective unless you learn it well. You don't wanna be a clueless mage or hunter, and you don't wanna be that shadowpriest that has no idea he can leave shadowform (FAK) or the shaman that doesn't have his heals on his bars.

Boomkin/Ele-shaman.
There's no more trusted observer than someone who suspects you.
Re: Lowest skill floor pvp class/spe
I wouldn't recommend warrior for a begginer.. you just gonna die a lot and that's just not fun. SL/SL is just fine, you should try elemental shaman, tho it's not very viable in arenas, especially 2v2. I would say sub rogue, it's very different from the patches that you have been on but easy to get decent start on it
Re: Lowest skill floor pvp class/spe
Tbh I didn't include druid or ele shaman since we have a LOT of very bad ele shamans and balance druids already. Definitely the easiest of the classes but just please heal your teammates and don't break crowd control.. lol. Mayore's got a point about sub rogue, probably lowest skill floor highest skill ceiling in this patch but basically Hemo=damage and stuns are good.

Night Elf Druid. One buttom spam ftw. Rogue is easy to do as well.

Re: Lowest skill floor pvp class/spe
Thanks a lot to everyone for your help ^^
@scrimish : I tried paladin but I simply don't like the gameplay.
Druid doesn't seem that simple since you have to transform and heal.
Going to try Rogue spe Hemo, the basic rotation doesn't seem too complicated.
and also try warlock SL/SL and see which one I enjoy playing the most :)
I can't wait to kill all of you in game lol ;)

Do you have a specific archetype you generally like to play? Melee, healer, support, control, ranged?
Balls, Cube, Deems, Google [Bot]
Re: Lowest skill floor pvp class/spe
I did'nt enjoy healers,
After playing Rogue and Mage a little, I think I prefer melee than ranged, but I'll still try some more ranged warlock just to be sure ;)
I liked rogue because you really feel you're in control with all the stuns and you assassinate with weapons, not from a distance and that feel awesome ^^ maybe I should try wariors too...
