reward for donation being ignored

Post by aocch1 »

So I contacted [email protected] concerning the possibility of donating for some transmog items. The correspondence went on for a few days about the details and an agreement was made. Every response came within 24 hours of my email for 3 days. Once an agreement was made, I donated the money and emailed the authenication code to the same email. I waited patiently and never received my transmog items. I sent a follow email, waited several days, sent another follow-up email. Waited a week or so, sent another follow-up email. Waited another week or so, sent another follow-up email. It's been around a month since I donated and all my emails have been ignored since an agreement was made and I have never received my item. I'm posting here in hopes someone may respond to this forum where my emails go ignored.

I hope you realize every time you send a follow up that pushed your email to the bottom of the queue since it's ordered by first come, first served.

That and there's a delay. iirc, this is the busiest time of the year for item transfers and such. Please just grow patience, it took in the upwards of a month for me to get a set on my alliance shaman. You don't seem to realize the magnitude of emails this man receives.

That's all well and good, but I don't understand why when asking about a donation the responses were prompt. Once the donation was sent, not a word. I would have been fine with the above explanation and have no problem waiting. Just seemed odd to me I got prompt responses until I paid, and then completely ignored.

I felt like that at one point or another too. I'm not the most patient man in the world, either. :P

Likely caught me right as I was doing all the emails. :\

I'm trying to work through them, I really am. I've heavily prioritized core and feature development this holiday so the server could get some new toys and updates, in lieu of me doing as many support things, and emails. I apologize and am trying to get caught up. The amount of emails I receive over the years goes up and up and up. It's insane.
