You didn't understand, we're still talking about teh tokens, not weapons. Anyway people should try to do TK and BT more often, what's the fuck if they fail ? Your mates already failed at some unexpected points, I don't think that they can do worse.
It's legit to fail, if it shows them why did they fail, and if they try to become better.

Welcome to raiding? The point is that these transmogs need to be DIFFICULT to earn, unlike everything else on this server. If you manage to organize a raid not dumb enough to handle BT or TK then you can have a token to work towards these transmogs.

I think they should make players spend more time rather than making them too difficult. That way nobody will complain and everyone who puts enough effort will be able to get some legendary transmogs.
What do you think about the quest idea i suggested along with Grael's idea for tokens ?

My mates have failed because of the bugs, and don't expect new people who are spending like an hour to form some kind of a raiding group fail on a bug without raging and changing servers. Tsunami failed because the boss did not start the event and the other one in TK just vanished while they had him under 20% I think.

The point is that the fail part isn't coming from any player, but from the script itself. I don't know if you were there, but imagine that your guild has scheduled a raid on this specific day, 2 weeks before the raid where people agreed to be on-line instead of doing something else, and then they spent an hour raiding to reach some point, afterwards the bosses fucked up.

Furthermore, even in the wipe-less Hyjal, Thrall was attacking our team and caused the death of like 3 players before that Henhouse paralysed him. Do you enjoy raiding like this? What if Henhouse weren't there to fix the unexpected bug?

You are right but I would rather see PvE and BG system being separated. And again, I think simplyfing the numbers is better.

I don't think it is a good idea to make weapons available through events since they are just events, not connected to any type of players here. However, I know there are some plans about unique event rewards.

Thank you Vicarious for claryfing that, it is 100% correct. Tokens are supposed to be difficult or time consuming to earn and I don't really see the point of making them available through Badges of Justice or some easy raids.

Plus it would change nothing, lots of people just fuck around and afk in BGs til they get their 3 Call to Arms and then log til the next day, we should promote serious BG playing if you want to BG your way to legendary mogs.

I like the objective idea but I don't at the same time, in Warsong you always find complete morons doing shit like allowing their FC to die so they can try to grab it and get the daily, and in Arathi if you make a quest where you have to cap bases (more than 1) you just get idiots running around the battleground in circles capping whatever's open and leaving it undefended to cap the next base. Both of those promote losses as much as they promote wins.

I didn't intend to make it appear like this. I was just trying to list the blocked roads the previous raiding guilds encountered: so how come random raids would be able to succeed?

In my opinion it is the only good way of redistributing legendary tokens among PvE players. It is really limited by raid scripts though.
But thats what i mean... If there was to fix some scripts... It was just a idea how to get ppl raiding a bit. And basicly to reward all the guys who actualy do pve and not ''fail'' and disband grp after 1st wipe on trash or smhting. Idk about the daily raid if it could be done idk.
