Seems perfectly fine to me.
just don't pair up 2 healers to fight eachother.
Besides, theres no where in the rules that you cannot respec + change gear.
How would i handle a resto druid? Simply optimize my gear + spec to melt they're face.

If your facing a resto druid, simply switch out of your resil gear.
Your trading survivability for deeps. seems like nice trade if your facing a RESTO druid.
