New Changes - Good Job
Well done !
I finally got to see a normal lightning bolt being casted for about 1,7-2,5 seconds . Not only that ,but now when you're attacked from 3-4 players you actually do have quite more of a chance to do something. You don't die in 5 seconds . You can survive for 15-20 seconds without any potions or shields. And the damage that you deal compared with the damage other players deal against you was pretty fair . Really enjoying these changes . Well done Henhouse and everyone who helped . I know it's been just a few hours and some might not agree with me ,but so far everything looks much better.

Huge shout-out to my staff, honestly. They were a tremendous help in this update, and provided immense support in the development part.
Also we saw a large population increase today! We peaked at 213 online players, up from our usual 170-190! So good news all around. Oddly it happened around ~22:00 server time which is a few hours past the normal peak time.
I even participated in playing since, like you said, I could actually survive now instead of being exploded! Was fun to do, along with Hyjal. Felt more like classic-SF.

Indeed, it is a good improvement. I hope the population rises, and people stop raging about their lost SWP gear, and start living in the moment.

I would like to say the changes seem to be good, but mostly because peoples knowledge on the rest of the gear ain't that good.

As you can see pretty much the same classes on top, so the nerf was some what of a placebo, so Pendulum is right as well, that doesn't remove the fact you (Henry) or the staff did a nice job with the nerf, perhaps the 3 swp off parts could have stayed for it to be easier for people to gear up, i've had many questions today about it.

SWP gear gets removed - effect "just a placebo". Right.
The diversity of classes in your top damage list means abso-fucking-lutely nothing in this case - the SWP removal doesn't mean "ok, this and this class no longer does any damage so you should never see them again". Everything should be the exact same as it used to be, just with less damage going out in a specific time. Which is huge alone, people will be able to stay alive for a bit longer in fights and their individual "skill" will matter more than their haste rating. Did you expect moonkins to just dissapear from the server once the gear nerf goes in effect? Do you know why specific classes will ALWAYS be on the top of the scoreboard? Because they simply are more effective than others when it comes to multitarget fights.
Theres too many people who have probably never even stepped a foot on retail, who has played nothing but private servers for their whole WoW time (not to mention its often not very long either) and come out on the forums with their "great" ideas with 0 thought behind them stating them as facts.
I get it Otaku. Our knowledge in the game mechanics and gear is nothing compared to our great Passion leaders who have never in their life played maybe more than two classes (and at a very basic level).
