PvE and alliance players

Hi,

Does anyone know why, these months, alliance side in BGs is full of healers ?
I can understand that gay guilds mainly roll healer to premade for some PvE (WSG, AB or even EOTS) but now, it's also about PuGs.

I don't have any clue... :<
