if you want them to improve tell them that there is a lot of room for improvement. motivate them to go for objectives and ultimately you may act as a leader and organise your team.

if you really really think, telling your opponents via /y that they suck cause they needed 3 ppl to kill you or insulting your own team will make a positive impact on your game experience and/or the quality of pvp on smolderforge, than i have to tell you that you aren't half as smart as you think you are.

They reply with, "We want HKs/STFU nab, just shut up and play." Been there, tried that many many times. It's fruitless, they don't want to improve. They feel they're already #1, anyway.

That stems from frustration, mainly. And no, I don't even bother yelling at getting ganked. If I want 1v1 I would duel something. I have long since recognized that BGs are the last place you can expect a 1v1 or anywhere near fair playing ground for a healer. Hell, I should expect be getting ganked, [which I do. hence the variety of consumables I have as panic buttons.] that's the correct course of action towards a healer; killing them as quickly as possible. However, when you see your team completely ignore healers and constantly go after the dps and wipe, what then? When you see your team go for the flag with zero bases, what then? When you see your team never leave middle or CC heals, or even go after EFC... How are you supposed to react? "Oh, they just want to relax. No problem, let's just lose every game. This is for 'fun', after all."

You brought up some points I indeed need to work on, however you ought to know the degree of frustration it is working outside a premade in every BG.

You pretty much have to do it for them, or it just won't happen at all. I aim to change that, but trying to teach these people something will get you put on ignore. Even helpful tips said in a kind manner brings the same results. Incorrigible, is the term here.

But, I've crossed the bridge where I just don't give a flying fuck as much anymore. I'm just waiting to buy Dragon's Crown, then I can finally jump to something more worth my time.
