Could a Moderator please help me?

A couple days ago, on my account Kashmir0109, I was swimming in the river next to orgrimmar, in the swimming druid form, and I morphed out of it just as my account got disconnected (my router reset).
I signed back in and I was floating in the air.

I tried opening a ticket to report this bug to a GM, and even tried asking for a GM in trade chat a few times. Suddenly I got this frozen debuff, and a GM pops up. I initially was going to thank him and try to explain the glitch, but he ignored me and said "Bye from Smolderforge forever"; then IP banned me.

I wasn't trying to exploit this bug at all, in fact I was going to try to help you guys out and alert you of it. Could I please get a re-evaluation of my ban?

How was you trying to help them out exactly? Seems a bit fishy to me. Were you using fly-hacks around Orgrimmar? Why not just admit it, they might unban you if you are honest.

I would imagine flying down to the ground instead of asking for a GM on LFG (wrong thing to do) and flying around player's heads was a sensible choice.

You're welcome to appeal your ban to have it lowered to a suspension via email.
