This. Please don't be upset that we do not seem thrilled to respond to these kinds of posts because we have already seen them oh so many times. Our stance has been what it has been for a while now and repeating it over and over and over again will not magically make things make more sense.

Again, just remove all SWP weapons (Or even better, all SWP gear as well.) This removes the argument: Well X has his and Y has hers, but I don't have mine, Q_Q

When we wiped SWP weapons after the massive ZA fiacso back in summer of 2011, we got tickets regarding "missing" SWP weapons for like 9-10 months afterwards. It was quite hell.

SWP is a difficult position to really think about. Because we are sort of in the middle, and many people believe that it is the cause of random high damage outputs, I do not know whether it was better to have ever implemented it, to have never implemented it at all, or have made it more accessible to everyone, or allow everything regarding it to be able to be donated for.

If SWP goes everyone will move to AT. SWP is necessary for the server, there is no removing it. That would be the worst decision ever made on the server, there are only a few people complaining like Cube, and that hardly accounts for hundreds of donators who are perfectly happy with their S4 gear. I say just leave it as it is. Nobody likes change, that's why they play on TBC. :)

Big difference between acknowledging the fact that SWP gear shits on pvp quality, and acknowledging the fact that removing SWP gear would hurt the server. It's too late to fix, which is a shame, but it doesn't change the fact that it is, as said, too late to fix.

Key words here are "too late to fix" which is 100% true.

it's been implemented far too long and would hurt the server now if it was removed.

But yes, SWP gear, in terms of Cube, shits on pvp stats. He's also right that it's too late to fix.

And I also think the title of this thread was about warglaives.

I just don't understand the big deal about adding the off-hand glaive. It won't increase special attack damage, the only thing it will increase is white hit damage. I can see not adding them both because the set bonus is 450 haste, yeah that's pretty strong, but I think even if 90% of the server wanted to have them added, and there was a big profit to be made (i.e. 20$ per warglaive) they still wouldn't be implemented.

SWP is pretty much the last remnant of diversity you can have here, probably not the best choice to get rid of that.

Also, add a GCD when switching idols/librams/totems. =P
