I am installing the client for the second time, the first time I weren't able to change realmlist. Someone knows why? I hope now it works!

It would be hard for us to know why YOU can't change YOUR realmlist if that is all you told us. Is there some saving error? In that case, turn UAC off in Windows, and/or save realmlist.wtf to the Desktop and then click+drag the file into the WoW folder and overwrite it.
