Proc Isuues

Hi,

I recently tried a new spec with my paladin but realized http://www.wowhead.com/item=28442/stormherald does not proc at all. Nor does http://www.wowwiki.com/Brutal_Earthstorm_Diamond proc. Not sure if these issues have been reported, but i figured I would start a topic and hopfully it would be a quick fix.

Last time I used it Brutal Earthstorm Diamond did proc, it was just a low proc. Stormherald was disabled for being OP even though I don't think it is.

Did they recently disable it? I swear it was working a few weeks ago. and The meta gem is not proccing at all unless the proc is like 1% lol.

Lol oh explains why I never got one proc using that weapon =/.

Hmm, weird if it all of a sudden stopped working. Try testing it more extensively and if it still doesn't work try another meta gem and see if the rest are broken. Hopefully it's just due to the low proc rate.
