Server keeps crashing me.

Hello, I've experienced a problem here. It keeps crashing my client. A little popup tells me wrong and nothing more. I've never had this message before and it only happens here, not on any other private server. I've cleared the cache and WTF folder And it keeps doing it. And when I tried on another server, I could play ~2 hours before I decided to test here again and then I got the crash after 4 minutes....

When do you notice this happening? Is it completely random?

I encountered a similar issue last night.

Just got WoW installed on my new desktop, but whenever I login I'm immediately disconnected soon after. Sometimes I can stay in ~5 minutes; but, most times I login, I'll dc immediately.

I'm curious on the cause, since I'm using the same settings I have been using since last year.
Please assist me on discovering the problem, As I cannot seem to viably play the game. :(

Sounds like you're encountering DNS problems of some sort. DNS takes a MAX of 48 hours to flush world-wide so there should be no problems anymore for anyone.

Well, I tried again last night with identical results. Now, granted, using my girlfriend's cellphone as a Wi Fi was probably to blame for that one... I'll know when I finally get home tonight on whether I can stay online or not.

I have the same problem as well. I get constant dc's usually within 15-30 seconds of logging in, and it's only on WoW. Nothing else get's disconnected like skype or pandora.

Uhm, i've been messing around with my router's channels and that seems to be helping a bit.

The server has been dc'ing on it's own all morning. Not sure what the cause of that would be.

Just fixed the issue, something with the voting mails was voting haywire. I think it reached a cap and I had to reset it.

I discovered my problem Henhouse. Seems my netgear was taking a deuce.
