Okay so what you do is you make a spell macro like this:

#showtooltip Hammer of Wrath
/cast Hammer of Wrath

And then what you do is you add your own text to it, like this:

#show Hammer of Wrath
#showtooltip Hammer of Wrath
/cast Hammer of Wrath
/yell HAHAHA I AM THE BEST AND YOU ARE DEAD GLORY TO THE LIGHT PALADIN POWER HORDE SUX

And then you can yell at people while beating them up! Isn't it the greatest?!
