Lags (Questions)

Hey there, I was experiencing a hard lags all the time I play when on the server is more then 70people.
So, is anyone else having lags like this? Delay +-3s delay, sometimes lag spikes - so in arenas killing healers = most likely impossible deal, and running around like dogs after tails isnt really funny at all.

Q #1: Anybody else having brutal lags?
Q #2: If more people join me, is there any way to reduce it?
Q #3: Usually I read its refused to stop PvE, or at least test some days without if its gonna lag. But, sacrificing 2 days to make sure if it really lags that hard isnt a big deal.

I do realize I might be very wrong, and Im sorry if it happens. I just cant watch how horrible lags Im having.
