Problem with visa paypal

Hey is it anyone but me that have a problem with paypal and visa? Iknow alertpay doesnt work becuase some trouble and visa and MC suspended them. But havent found anything saying about paypal and it doesnt work for me and wondered if anyone else got same problem?

And yes i have tried both logged in and as a non member.
And yes i have checked that the number and everything is right been trying for 2 days now.

EDIT:
In iron(chrome) it says "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number."
and in IE it says "Your credit or debit card has been declined for this transaction; PayPal could not validate the card. Please verify that the information you entered is correct, or try a different credit or debit card."

is it a gift card visa/mastercard?

its just a e-card visa, one i use temporarly. I have done it 4 times before so it cant be a problem at me.

Ah okey so you got the same problem as well? I have been trying to find out why it doesnt work, but only found why alertpay doesnt work. Doesnt say anything about whats wrong with paypal...

I got rejected a week ago when i was trying to pay over paypal with my e-card. Its because Paypal have updated their security or something because my bank (Swedbank) have updated their Q&A and it says now.

Paypal and e-cards - does it work?

Due to technical limitations does not use e-cards for purchases with PayPal.

and i know it did work before when i donated


edit: or it can just be that you have to be verified by VISA :)

ooh thank you that must be it! becuase i have only tried with e-card and got rejected so i should try with normal card and see. Thank you for the help i will let you all know if it works.

Sorry i havent answered for so long, It works to pay with visa e-cards again. I have done it twice now and even with the e-card that didnt work, it worked 3 weeks later lol.
