When you vote and receive your badges please remember to delete the mail. If you don't do it will hit the capacity and if you vote again the external mail forces their inbox count to go ABOVE capacity and therefore your World or Warcraft client crashes.

There is no way we can fix this and you will have to wait for more than 30 days for the mail to auto-delete.
