Speaking of that, we're soon going to implement a cooldown on tickets. So you can only open like 5 per hour or so haha. The real reason is this fixes an exploit where if someone used a Lua injector they could force WoW to open/close tickets by the hundreds in a matter of seconds and overflow the system (this happened like last week which is why we rushed in Warden because Warden protects against the Lua injector).
