Extended Maintenance - Sept. 3rd (postponed)

We will be performing a mandatory extended maintenance tonight beginning in the morning of September 3rd. We've been noticing very slow and problematic start up times following crashes or server restarts and to try to mitigate this, we're going to be performing character database clean ups.

IF YOU HAVE ANY CHARACTERS THAT NEED RESTORATION THIS IS THE TIME TO TELL US.

After this maintenance we will be dropping ALL deleted characters as we have around 30,000 deleted characters we're just storing in our database taking up space.


The estimated downtime is around 3 hours. It will begin around 05-06:00 server time. 12am EST.

If you have any characters that were deleted and you need them restored, this is the time you'll need to tell us because we'll be purging them out of the database.

well i didn't have a character that was lost or anything but i did get a transfer that I lost. can i have that restored?

Yes, you just need to request us to restransfer it. Providing the information we need via ticket or email.
