Server shut down?

It crushed again now its 3:53 realm time,it crushed like 20 min aggo.and stil cant connect :/

sorry hen but these guys are right , ive checked the who's online function when it crashed on me and there were 0 online and this has happened twice maybe it will happen again today or not , lets hope for the best ;)
