What GM would that be? We've made no changes to the loot tables in any of the updates so it was either in Halaazi that was added back or it's on another boss. I do not remember what items are on what boss in Zul'Aman.

His name started on E and he told me that Hand of the Deceiver was added to Halazzi or Nalorakk chest drop.
