Help with donate.

I donated 5$ for brutal and i read the code is the transaction ID. I got an email from paypal with transaction id , i got the code and i inserted it to npc but it says : couldnt validate the code.I donated again 5$ but the same problem..the code dosent works.Is a way to help me ?
i can give screenshots or what you need for help.

It's not the transaction ID, it's an e-mail sent from Henry925 or something similar, in that e-mail there's a code. Not the transaction ID or receipt.

Check your email spam folder. Mine was there, for example.
