does anyone kno how the suppression talent for warlocks works on this server?
i kno the tooltip says "reduces the chance for enemies to resist ur affliction spells by 2/4/6/8/10"
but blizz eventually changed this to "chance to hit 1/2/3"
does suppression affect my hit? or does it act more like spellpen?
and if a rogue cloaks (makin them resist 90% of spells), does this make them only ressist 88/86/etc?

It works exactly like hit does (i.e +2/4/6/8/10% spell hit).
