That link is from MoP, the talent is being changed from expansion to another. Yeah i know my class pretty well except for this talent. Do you have to be such a bitch all the time? :D

Yes, since you can read the tooltip of the talent and it tells you EXACTLY what the talent does!

Hello, it increases the effectiveness of your healing spells.
