Just an Idea...
play your full haste ele shaman with staff.... cuz the staff gives more haste...
try it out... and dont stay in the shield mainstream....
Think Different.

0 resilience shaman with the average of about 12k armor and about 420 haste already, decreasing his armor by almost half, just for some extra 30-35 haste... hmm Great idea indeed
