Flametongue Broken?

I noticed in my combat log that Flametongue doesnt seem to be proccing at all...nor do I see the yellow numbers either. Anyone got more info on this?

How worthwhile is that? I don't recall the damage being much, and if you're thinking for your own use; frostbrand outperforms flametongue by leaps and bounds.

indeed, it wasn't intended to be fixed right away, but i guess just because its not as good as frostbrand... doesn't mean it will need to be fixed some time or another :)
