There are multiple mutilate speccs, my favourite is the deep poison one with 54/0/7, or 51/3/7 with imp gouge.
Mutilate is my primary specc, and I've played it competive in 2s.
You have other variants, 41/0/20 is the easiest to play due to the sub talents. But Dmg is alot lower.
Max dmg output is 41/20/0, mutilate specilization. But its harder to play, as you will lack Improved sap.
and poisons have no dispell resist.

Seal fate, will procc every time your mutilate hits even with 4/5, and 3/5.
5/5 it is a waste of points.

Also get the Black temple (ashtounge) exalted trinket. Its godmode for mutilate, full energy pooled Kidney shot and you get Find weakness procc, 9 % dmg increase from imp ks, and the trinket proccs everytime you blow 4-5 combo points making sure your mutilate crits.
