Dishonored is the most unique game I've played for years. Graphics ain't the best, kind of like Half Life 2 ish . and it looks like a moving oil painting. It's beautiful in it's own way.
It's a diffrent game from all that other bullshit out there, and it combines all the right elements with a focus on gameplay itself. So pretty much you can do each mission the way you want, and what you do will change the outcome of each mission. Highly recommended.

Really don't see what's unique about it. Not saying that I don't understand why people like it, I do, and respect that. But the gameplay, freedom, and the idea has been done before.

It's basically an altered version of Bioshock with stealth-mechanics, a very slight brush of sandbox gameplay, and very shallow story-telling.

Thing about Dishonored is that you either love it, or hate it.
Yeah its alot like Bioshock but you get alot more freedom in Dishonored(nevertheless Bioshock was also a great game). The stealth element is just so much win, it's unreal.
One of the best games this year if you ask me. Even tho the story is kind of bad, it didn't ruin the dark setting.

Guess I'll just have to give it another try. Won't be as hyped about it this time, so I might make it through it all. Can probably squeeze it in between XCOM and the AC3 PC release.

AC3 was a let down. Expected more.
Xcom got a cool concept. Love the turn based system. Like heroes of Might and magic games.
