PET (HUNTER) MISSING Training Points

Hey ALL! - ONE HUNTER - PET - Question:

Why doesn't the pet's talent points refresh so you can skill your pet fully ?.

As I experienced so far you can only give 350 points once, but you hardly can't train it all with that - usually they should refresh over time?

350 are the maximum amount you're allowed to use at level 70.
