Character archiving when deleting

Over the past month the amount of claims that a player was hacked and characters were deleted has risen. While we know literally all of these "hacked" reports are simply a "I gave my account info out and someone stole my account / deleted my characters."
As a support team we simply have to say "sorry" and be more careful. Since this amount has risen, I took a look into a feature I didn't know was implemented in TrinityCore2(Wrath's core) which archives a player, frees up the name and keeps for a defined amount of days before getting fully deleted. I had seen this get implemented into MaNGOS back in April but I didn't think much of it because we didn't have this problem and I didn't know it allowed you to define the amount of days it stayed in the database and didn't want extra unused space wasted.
I've enabled this feature for Wrath and I think it should have taken effect already... or wait until next restart. As for OregonCore for TBC, I'm currently in the process of backporting all the code to commit into Oregon's repository. So far I've finished it's just there's a little bug I'm still working out and then it will be ready.
I feel with these types of features we'll be able to better assist our community and prevent some people from losing days of played time.
