What about Second wind? can u fix it?

We, as the administrators cannot, but there is someone who knows a little knowledge of this programming language and is able to fix a few problems. Hopefully, in the future we'll see it be fixed.

Riski and I, the administrators can only help with database related issues.

Might want to look into it... but lowering a druids BASE mana cost... will also reduce the cost of all their spells... since most spell costs are determined by the classes "Base mana" value.

likewise with a paladin, u probably just increased all their spell costs.

i may be wrong tho.. they may not have put spells being determined off base mana cost until 3.0

Thanks for the feedback, but I think it was % in 3.0. I'll need to check this though.

Spells don't cost mana based on a percentage of base mana until 3.0.
