Sup,
around 19:00 after 1st game, we joined 2nd. The arena poped instantly but immediately after 1 sec the enter battle/hide dissapeard and we got -30 instantly. I didnt even get to arena lel. -.- 3rd que was fine again...
Did that happen to someone else?
Like wtf...

Both games are against same team called: "edaad" against Thuron, Radiateur

maybe they are abusing according to history games.

Thanks for the link @Wacco.
We'll be looking into how this is possible and hopefully coming to a solution soon. In the mean time, their accounts have been permanently closed for abusing 30 rated games and not reporting the issue.
Please report anyone else caught doing this and we will address it immediately.

Do you have any inkling as to how they did this? I have been reviewing the code and conducting internal tests and I cannot reproduce this. Any idea how its done?
